i like your idea ZeroAssassin, easy to code i think, nothing particulary difficult, but hard for player. but you make it a first boss but to me it looks more like an end game boss (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Prison dungeon:

i ve tought of a scenario who will take place in prison; it would be for high lvl (190 min)

Introduction

you speek to the guard at the entrance, he told you that the prisonner have made a rebellion. Their chef, the bloody kera (or whatever his name) is curently doing some dark magic with the body of the guard he captured. He become more and more powerfull every minutes who passed (he is inside a pentacle with 5 bonfires. Boss start with 1hp and each bonfire heal him 1k/min (more or less, it have to be tested first) so if you pass 5min on each room boss would have 100k hp, if you pass 10min / room he would have 200k hp ). The guard ask you to come in and to kill him before he would be too powerfull to be stoped.

Basic mobs are like in "normal prison" but less numerous maybe and less hard (so 19x team can go untile the end with difficulty and 2xx normally). in each room you have to kill all the mobs to gain access to the next room(there are some kind of magical barrier that not allow people to pass, thanks razor for that). In each room some mobs have m-speed, a-speed, ap debuff (as time is the most important thing those debuff would slow the party). there are also some "extra" in each room so here is the dungeon:

Room 1:

Team enter the room directly on the right, at the end of the corridor (where you respawn normally) there is a small optionnal boss. killing him would destroy a boss' bonfire...but that would also take time. (all optionnal boss have of course interresting drops and xp so it would be interresting to people to kill them for that too)
otherwise there is nothing special in room one, just kill mobs to go to room2

Room 2:

in addition to normal mobs, there are X crystal(or cage/chest/stone or w/e,) those crystal can drop good things (gems, lvl200 equipement...) but have lot of HP. People don't have to destroy them to pass into room 3 but they would disapear when people would enter in room3 (so you can't continu, kill all bonfire so boss won't gaine hp and come back take drops).
So people would have to choose between finishing the dungeon easily and drops

Between room2 and room 3

people arrived in the small room between r2 and r3. here a npc guard (make im lying on the floor if possible) tell you that one boss lieutenant have take guard at the end of the corridor. he ask you to save them...and then die.
So here again people can go into the corridor to make the optionnal quest, either go to r4 to continu the main quest

optional quest in the corridor:

there are mobs, you have to fight your way until the round room at the end of the corridor where you find the boss lieutenant (normal kera?). if you succeed to beet him the end boss would loose 1 more bonfire


room 3:

same as r2, only mobs are stronger and crystals have more hp

room 4:

you can't go in the corridor (where the boss is) unless you killed all the mobs in r4. at the end of r4, near the stairs, there is another boss lieutenant. killing him would also detroy a bonfire but it is also optionnal.

then you can enter into....

the boss room!!!!!

there are also mobs but i think that after cleaning the 4 room that wouldn't be a problem. you have to kill the remaining bonfire (like 10-20k hp?) before killing the boss (but the boss would attack you while you killed the remaining bonfire) the boss is very strong in attack with all the skill and power we can expect from a boss.
when he reach a certain amount of hp, he summons the X warrior, the X equal the number of bonfire left when you arrive (so between 2 and 5) you need to kill them before continuing to kill the boss.
when you succeed to kill the boss you are teleported back to the entrance where the guard thank you off cleaning the prison and saving eldeon from the bloody kera....


i really wanted to make a prison dungeon as it is one of the most famous map in rose. I also try to make a scenario where people would have to choose between gaining money/items/xp and fast finishing the dungeon so maybe 19x would do it fast because they wouldn't be sure to suceed otherwise as they would take lot of time to make the optionnal parts, but 2xx would make the optionnal parts as they are strong enough to make those part fast.

Its a thing that happens 3-4 times a day , you need at least a party of 5 ppl , you need a certain map for the dead front of you're level , like 0-50 50-100.............

-30Min b4 DL starts an announcement is made
-in those 30 mins you can try and find a party ( be sure to bring a map party leader cannot apply if 1 person does not have a map!)
-after the 30 mins you get 10 more mins : here you can apply /or find a party when its still needed.
-after these 10 Mins an announcement says : You're in /you're out.(incase of a too low amount of party members Or no map.)
-Then you enter : You get 3 mins To buff the road up ahead is closed.
-After these 3 mins The gate falls apart.... And a Timer of 2Hrs Starts.
-You go out of the gate and wave 1 comes and attacks u
-after wave 1 the closed gate falls and you can go to wave 2.
-After wave 2 the gate falls and you go to wave 3
-After wave 3 the gate to mass mobs Falls and all teams there Aoe's and stuff.
-3 levers have to be pulled. To open the stairs gate.
-the 3 levers are protected by 3 Mini-bosses.(so 1 mini boss/lever) These might drop some rare armor <-- VERY RARE or some grade 2 gems.
-after these levers are pulled and the mini bosses killed , the stairs gate falls.
-on these stairs 2 waves of a hmm not huge but big amount of mobs spawn.
-after these have been killed the gate to the BOSS Opens.(not falls , opens)
-A wall of water/Fire/Poision seperates you from the BOSS. a conversation starts. Bos says every human is greedy and they"ll all kill eachother for cash . And items. But the boss can't wait and he'll come and try to kill us all!
-The Boss is hard ofc but its more then 1 team (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) so yeah he's killable.
-After the boss an angel rises : saying : itsn ot over yet.... only one team can win the rewards! she teleports everyone to the pvp room
-a timer of 30 seconds starts
-in the pvp room all remaining teams have to kill eachother:
-the last remaining team gets teleported to the tresure room , wich has 20 tresure boxes. each of you're party members can choose 1 bOx. when you're lucky you get some nice and rare armor! even bad luck isn't bad you would get a grade 3 gem! (or something.

*Notes*
-The Mobs ( the waves) Do not drop any items, they give good exp ( a lil better then prison for exemple) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (or a lil worse (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) )
- the roads to the middle should be around the same.
- The mobs could be Poision /Fire/ Ice types =) ---> Luna stone would do less damage to Fire Mobs then it does to Ice mobs for exemple (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)



I think ALOT of players would come to this server if this was made! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) question is ... is it possible o.o

(Base idea is ermm sort of stolen a lilbit , but its FAR from the same (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

*solved questions*

people have 30 min to make team, long enoug, why add 10 min? that make 40 min of waiting! too much imo 15 min+10 min. people can't wait 40min to do something. (it does not change your dungeon but just saying)
- why a 2 hrs timers? it does not seem this dungeon would take that much time.
- on your drawing there are 7 room for party. that make between 35 to 49 people. that's a lot.
- can the game begin without 7 party? the number of mobs and boss difficulties have to be adapted to the amount of party/player
- you should take in consideration that some clan can make 2 or 3 party and then share the reward. or some friendly party can decide to kill others then to kill them so they be sure it would be one of them who will have the reward
- you should developp the skill/mobs/sceanri of the central room.
- if only one team have a good reward and the other not a lot, i'm afraid some party would give up if they saw too many big team. Then if 4 team (bad case, 3 team leaves) have to make the work of 7 it can be hard.
so maybe mobs can drop thing (materials?) that can be used for craft good stuff to make an interrest to everyone to stay until pvp
- you should improve end boss fight


1- you don't have to come immediatly . Signups starts after these 30 mins , they just let you know when the applications starts
2- Was random, JUST incase 2 hrs are needed. Might aswell be 1 hr.
3- it can be started with less teams , since as you see the roads to the center are individual/ team.
4- The treasure boxes ' rewards = luck.
5- i can't do that . since i have no idea how to work with 3d thingies and stuff? and bones and stuff (you could just add prisoner mobs , with lower stats and stuff.)
6- The other teams would stay for the exp /to llevel up . ( and as i said there r diffrent maps for the same dungeons , the level 50-69 dungeon is exactly the same as the 150-175 dungeon , just lower leveld mobs
7- Its just the basic idea...
